With more than 20 years of experience in management and administration, Adrienne brings expertise in client acquisition and relations, fee structuring, and accounting. She holds a degree in Human Development with an emphasis in Counseling, which informs her thoughtful, client-centered approach.

Adrienne enjoys the diversity of businesses she serves and thrives on crafting creative solutions to complex challenges, always with a focus on helping clients grow.

With over 30 years of business experience, Anna brings deep expertise in QuickBooks Desktop, commission-based payroll, job costing, and small business accounting.
Fluent in Italian and known for her calm, peaceful approach, Anna handles each client’s needs with grace and precision. She genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in the care and clarity she brings to every project.

With over 20 years of experience, Mary provides dedicated support to one of Hiatt Consulting’s largest clients. She is responsible for overseeing everything from accounts payable and payroll to cost accounting and daily transaction entry. 
Mary is fluent in the Pilipino language and takes great pride in accuracy and finds genuine satisfaction in making the numbers align perfectly. Her passion for the work shows in everything she does. Mary brings energy, commitment, and enthusiasm to each workday.

Erica brings over 6 years of management experience with a strong focus on payroll, construction accounting, and accounts payable. With a background in marketing, she combines efficiency with a keen eye for detail in every task. Erica enjoys learning new skills and takes pride in managing AP and AR with accuracy and speed, helping ensure her clients’ operations run smoothly.

Rachel specializes in medical insurance billing. She holds a certificate in Administrative Medical Assisting with a focus on medical billing. We provide billing services for mental health, chiropractic, and midwifery practices.
Rachel also provides administrative support with bookkeeping and data entry. Dedicated to delivering a seamless billing experience, she is focused on growing her client base through personalized, reliable service.
